What is Health Coaching?

As a Health Coach I support you in all areas of your Health – primarily:

Diet + Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Stress Management.

I also offer Health Coaching specifically for women and for business owners/creatives.

What is Business Coaching

If you are a Business, Business Owner or Creative – I can support you and your project from a Marketing, Digital Marketing and/ or Organisational perspective.

How long are Coaching Programs? How is the length of the Coaching programs determined?

A 3 months commitment is the starting point to get a good taste of the possibilities that can come about from a Coaching Relationship.

For you to really see significant changes in your life, 6 months is a good period that allows for a clear before and after comparison.

If you want to benefit from the ongoing benefits of Health and Business Coaching, as well as the continuous feed of inspiration, accountability, information and support, you can extend the Coaching programs indefinitely.

How do I know what type of Coaching is right for me?

I offer a Free Coaching Session, which you can book here. Within these 30 minutes, we can discuss together your goals and how working together can help you achieve your goals.

What qualifies you as a Business or Health Coach?

I studied Business and Economy at the WU – University for Business and Economy in Austria. I also worked for 5 years at PwC as a Business Audit (Senior) Associate, getting to know many different companies.

I worked in a Lead and Management Position at Matthew Kenney Culinary and I have started and continued to work on my own business since 2014.

I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Sivananda Yoga Teacher, Reiki Level 2 Healer.

It is natural for me to offer Coaching and Support both in Business and Health to many people on an ongoing basis.

How do we meet?

Mostly, Coaching Sessions will take place Online or via Phone – through the means that is easiest to use for you.

Examples are Phone, Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messenger.

If we are in the same place, I am also happy to offer In-person meetings.

What Type of Payment Methods do you accept?

You can pay through Wire Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal.

What is your Refund + Cancellation Policy?

The full amount for the Coaching program is to be paid before the first session.

If you need to change or cancel a session, you need to do so 24h before the session; otherwise, you will forfeit that appointment and will not have an opportunity to reschedule it.

In the event of your absence or withdrawal, for any reason whatsoever, you will remain responsible for the pro rata share of the program that has been delivered, plus a cancellation fee of GBP 50 in a 3 months program and GBP 100 in a 6 months program.

I reserve the right to cancel the program if at any point I feel it is not advantageous for the coaching program to continue. If this happens, you are only responsible for the pro rata share of coaching services received.

HEALTH COACHING – Specific

What is the difference between a Health Coach, Doctor or Dietician?

The role of the Health Coach is not to prescribe or assess micro- and macronutrient levels (Dietician); provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body (Doctor).

Rather, as a Coach, I am your mentor and guide who has been trained in holistic health coaching to help you reach your own health goals by helping you devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes.

If you are already working with Dieticians, Doctors or other Healthcare professionals, please understand that my Coaching services do not take the place of the advice of these professionals, instead, I can work with you on implementing their guidance and can support you to seek further guidance if needed.

I have a specific Illness, can you cure me?

No. As a Health Coach, I do not diagnose, cure or treat diseases, illnesses and other ailments.

When should you consider working with a Health Coach?


You want to make changes in our diet
You feel tired and fatigue all the time and don’t know why
You want to be fitter or lose weight.
You are overwhelmed by the variety of Health and Food options and advice out there and you don’t know what is right for you.
You have tried many diets, but none of them seem to work.
You change your health practice often and it is difficult for you to sustain your health practice for a long period of time.

Can anyone work with a Health Coach?

Principally, Yes. Everyone can work with a Health Coach.

However, there are some commitments that you need to make:

Be coachable 
Be open to new foods, concepts, and exercises
Fulfil on the commitments I make
Eat nourishing foods according to the guidance of my Health Coach
Exercise according to the guidance of my Health Coach
Maintaining a healthy balance between creativity and play
Give gratitude to the relationships in my life
Develop listening to my body’s wants and needs
Powerfully deal with the stressors in my life
Begin and end our sessions on time

This means you need to put in some time and energy in order to achieve the results you are looking for.

You also need to be honest with your coach – and with yourself.

Health Coaching is not a substitute for Therapy, Seeing a Doctor or Dietician. If you experience Depression, Eating Disorders, Chronic Illness and Addiction, you need to primarily work with a Doctor and / or Therapist. Health Coaching can support you In Addition to improve your Health, Diet and Fitness, while you are seeing these other Health Professionals.
